Created in 1967 by François Garrec, the Biscuiterie is a traditional factory of Breton products: Breton pancakes, thin butter pancakes and palets, the whole range of Breton cakes and the famous Kouign-Amann. Large boutique of rigorously selected regional products and gift ideas: boxes of biscuits, salted butter caramels, gift baskets...
Open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. in winter (except certain Sundays in May/June/September) and Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. also in July and August.
Free guided tours of the factory on Thursdays and Fridays at 11:00 a.m. (low season) & 10:30 a.m. and 14:30 p.m. (high season). During the tour, you can follow the making of pasta, cakes and small pancakes, cooking in the ovens or even the making of crepes.
