We are holders of the national Quality Tourism mark. Our goal is to offer a quality welcome and efficient services.
We deploy the following commitments:
- Develop a quality welcome and an always equal level of services. We aim to assess and advance the satisfaction of our visitors and our professionals. To do this, we regularly analyze the proper functioning of our quality system. We also make sure to make it evolve according to the evolutions of the reference system.
We use various tools: internal procedures, satisfaction questionnaires, suggestion sheets, training.
- Promote internal exchanges and develop team dynamics for a successful internal approach. The participation of each employee in the internal quality system allows everyone to be an actor in this approach which is intended to be collective.
- Develop the territory's tourist economic activity thanks to fully mastered know-how and interpersonal skills. A good internal quality organization, a trained staff and an excellent knowledge of the local tourist offer allow us to contribute actively to the tourist development.
- Recognize the quality of the service provided to visitors and our various partners by obtaining the Tourism Quality Mark. Day-to-day quality management allows us to aim for high-performance reception and services, reflecting the image of a “5-star resort”.
