The process involves a mystery audit, guaranteeing an objective and rigorous assessment of the services provided. To obtain the label(valid for five years), the office will have to achieve a compliance rate of 95% on quality criteria and a minimum of 60% on environmental criteria for initial certification (80% for renewals).
