The 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs are accessible by a slightly steep spiral staircase, not recommended for the elderly and very young children.

- High chair, changing table, baby bed, baby bath, baby potty, booster seat and pushchair are available free of charge on request.
- Ten bikes placed free of charge (without helmets and in common with a 2nd farmhouse).

HOUSING :
House dedicated to family stays. We do not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or other.
We are classified 3 stars by the Tourist Office of Bénodet and Finistère.
We will be happy to welcome you to this charming 90 m2 farmhouse with neat decoration. It is located in an old farmhouse dating from 1884 completely renovated, located 5 minutes from the beaches and shops (by car) between Bénodet and Fouesnant and close to the Odet golf course. You will stay in a very pleasant and rural space, quiet and not overlooked, on a wooded, closed and private plot of 800 m2 facing south.
You will have a well-equipped independent kitchen, a pleasant living room with television, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a television and private bathroom, three bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a a bath and an Italian shower, and a separate toilet.
You will also benefit from a 25 m2 terrace under a pergola lit at night with teak garden furniture, outdoor sofa, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. Trampoline, baby swing, mini-football, pétanque court, ping-pong table and loan of bicycles complete the garden activities (the garden games are shared with another farmhouse and are located in a shared space of an additional 4000 m2 ).
Our farmhouse is located near famous tourist places such as Thalassotherapy and the Bénodet Casino, the Odet golf course and the Forêt-Fouesnant golf course, the Pointe du Raz, the Pointe de la Torche, the Pointe Lighthouses of Penmac'h, the walled town of Concarneau, the village of Pont Aven, the village of Locronan, the town of Quimper... Every Friday evening in summer the town of Bénodet organizes free concerts... guaranteed atmosphere.

PS1: Sheets and household linen are provided free of charge from stays of 3 nights or billable at €10 per person for stays of 2 nights – (beds made on arrival).
PS2: Deposit: 600 euros returned at the end of the stay after the usual checks.
PS3: Mandatory cleaning fees: €85 to be paid in cash on arrival.
PS4: Dogs and cats welcome - Maximum 2 animals per stay: €5 per animal and per day (to be paid in cash on arrival).
PS5: Minimum stay: 2 or 3 nights depending on long weekends or 4 to 5 nights during school holidays - Minimum age required of the lessor: 28 years old
PS6: City of Bénodet tourist tax: €1.10 per day and per adult to be paid on arrival – The tourist tax is free for minors.
PS7: A Tourist Rental Contract is sent by email or by post.
PS8: Arrival time: from 15:30 p.m. - Departure time: until 10:30 a.m.
