In a quiet location, this contemporary house is just a short stroll from the Trez beach, the Casino and the Thalassotherapy centre. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.
The house has a spacious, bright, fully-equipped living room (wifi, television, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, fridge) and a fireplace for cosy evenings in.
It has 4 comfortable bedrooms: a ground-floor bedroom with dressing room and shower room (160cm bed), and upstairs two bedrooms with 160cm beds and a bedroom with two 90cm beds. A bathroom with bath and shower and two WCs complete the interior.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
A fully-equipped garage (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer) and adult bicycles are also available.
