"Le Plouf des Givrés" is a gathering of happy swimmers who share the same passion: swimming in the sea, in winter, in a swimming costume, whatever the weather and sea conditions (except storms), for the pleasure and health benefits of cold sea bathing.
Around 25 baths each season, with increasingly cold water (down to 7.5°C) and sometimes very hostile weather (icy winds, temperatures close to 0°C, rain, waves, etc.).
A friendly, good-natured atmosphere...
Swimming is open to all, but is not supervised by a club or association.
To each his own Plouf! Some splash around, others swim... every Sunday at the same time.
