HOUSING :
House dedicated to family stays preferably. We do not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or other.
We will be happy to welcome you in this charming farmhouse with neat decoration. It is located in a completely renovated farm dating from 1884, located 5 minutes from the beaches between Bénodet and Fouesnant and very close to the Odet golf course. You will have 3 bedrooms, two with television and one with private terrace, 2 bathrooms, bathroom, a very well-equipped American kitchen and a pleasant indoor and outdoor living space. You will enjoy a large terrace under canvas pergola lit at night with outdoor kitchen, gas plancha, barbecue, teak garden furniture, and large sofa. You will benefit for yourself (only for your rental) from the open heated swimming pool from April to September under a low telescopic shelter. All in a wooded and country space facing south, quiet on a plot of 900 m2 and not overlooked. Trampoline, baby swing, mini-football, pétanque court, loan of bicycles and ping-pong table complete the garden activities (the garden games are shared with another farmhouse and are located in a shared and independent space of 4000 additional m2).
Our farmhouse is located near famous tourist places such as Thalassotherapy and the Casino of Bénodet, the golf of Odet and the Golf of the Forest-Fouenant, the Pointe du Raz, the Pointe de la Torche, the Lighthouses of the tip of Penmach, the closed city of Concarneau, the village of Pont Aven, the village of Locronan, the city of Quimper... Every Friday evening in summer the city of Bénodet organizes free concerts, guaranteed atmosphere. (in July/August ) My knowledge of the place and a tourist book on site are at your disposal...
PS1: Sheets and household linen are provided free of charge from stays of 3 nights or billable at €10 per person for stays of 2 nights – (beds made on arrival).
PS2: Deposit: 800 euros returned at the end of the stay after the usual checks.
PS3: Cleaning costs: €85 to be paid in cash on arrival (Covid Charter respected).
PS4: Our dog and cat friends are no longer allowed – Non-smoking premises.
PS5: Minimum stay: 2 or 3 nights depending on long weekends or 4 to 5 nights during school holidays - Minimum age required of the tenant: 28 years old
PS6: City of Bénodet tourist tax: €1.65 per day and per adult to be paid on arrival – The tourist tax is free for minors.
PS7: A Tourist Rental Contract is sent by email or by post.
PS8: Arrival time: from 15:30 p.m. - Departure time: until 10:30 a.m.
